One evening, six courses, countless flavors: at Pasta on the Rocks, Markus Holzer and his team turn the Jora Hut into a lively pasta workshop. Expect 6 seasonal pasta courses that change regularly—some rooted in tradition, others playfully modern. Think delicate Schlutzkrapfen, herb-scented bucatini, a game-inspired venison lasagna, or vibrant beetroot tagliolini—each dish a little story from the Dolomites.

To round things off, help yourself to a dessert buffet filled with bite-sized sweets—perfect for tasting, sharing, and indulging.

• Start: every thursday, 7:30 PM

• exceptions: instead of thursday, 01/01/26 il will be on monday, 29/12/25

• Shuttle service (optional):
  Summer: Jeep shuttle from Pizzeria Sportzentrum (above the Haunold valley station) – € 12 pp
  Winter: Snowmobile shuttle from the Haunold chairlift valley station – € 12 pp
  Return trip included, not earlier than 10:00 PM.
